“I would NOT hire her for numerous reasons. 1) She is NOT a Board Certified Trial Lawyer and does NOT have ANY Board Certified Trial Attorney's on her staff and the Workman's Comp lawyers KNOW IT. 2) In my opinoin,her regular practice is to settle for the SMALLEST AMOUNT POSSIBLE. I had her wotking on my W/C case for almost a year anx she is NOT a fighter for your rights. I will not go into why she is NOT WORTH HIRING to represent you in your case but she is more of a Social Security / Disability Claims Lawyer. I had to terminate her because she is NOT what I was told she was. She WILL NOT GET THE RESULTS THAT YOU WANT TRUST ME. There were so many factors & issues w/ my case that she REFUSED to address w/ the W/ C Lawyers regarding the injuries. In the end she recommended that I settle for the least & last offer that they brought to the table. And I refused to accept their offer because it was ridiculously LOW & after paying for her fee's and what I would've receieved was far lower than I had anticipated. I would've only received approximately $ 6,000.00 . And I am.STILL SUFFERING from back pain on a daily basis all the way down my back from the Cervical,Thoracic and Lumbar region of my back. And that to me is TOTALLY RIDICULOUS.I am nor will I ever be able to interact with my children and grandchildren like I used to be able to do before my accident.ie; any type of sports or recreational activities because of het TOTAL INCOMPETENCE in handling my case.
