“The set up was adorable and all of the staff were super friendly and great to work with. The Santa was AMAZING and did such a great job with our pics. The pictures came out adorable. The only reason I couldn’t give more stars was because picture choosing process. The scheduled call back to choose the photos was about an hour after the photos were taken and we live an hour away so I couldn’t look at the photos ahead of time. The call back had to be that night or I was going to get charged $10 to schedule a later call. I understand the timing and demand of holiday Xmas photos, but I really feel like I wasn’t able to give the decision making process the time it deserved for relatively expensive photos. Again the staff were so great and I think that was the best Santa I’ve ever seen. Photos came out great. I just wished it wasn’t such a rushed process for the holiday photo selection process.”
