“I hired this firm a while back through my prepaid legal benefit at work to handle an immigration stall for my wife (fiance then). Eleanor made a few calls on our behalf and ended up with more questions than answers, and most notably, no progress. Unsatisfied with her competence, I called another attorney who was quickly able to advise me on a path forward, which ultimately resulted in my wife's petition approval. Haynes Law then had the audacity to send me a termination of representation letter. I wouldn't hire this firm again if they offered pro bono.”
