“I found Mr. Fitch after coming across one of his blogs on how to terminate the attorney-client relationship. I had started my case with a certain Hamilton, Ohio law firm, and in the two years I employed them, I only heard from the attorney once, and that was the day he called to tell me about the settlement offer they received. The attorney didn't even bother to call me to ask about my current injury status or my thoughts on settling before negotiating.
