“In my opinion, I would never use this law firm again. They handled a Will for my father, knowing that he was weak and uneducated, etc. They took advantage of that weakness and that ignorance of my father and did not guide him properly while preparing his Will. And the reason they did this in my opinion is so that they could be assured continued work for two years once this Will went into probate and was contested. Mr. Black told me himself it was not an equitable will, and would most likely be contested and with that information at the beginning, he should have advised my father to put a no contest clause in his Will but he did not. It would’ve saved the estate so much money, and of course, Mr. Black and his sister Bronwyn, would not have gotten most of the money in the estate during the two year contest in probate court.”
