“I had an extremely negative experience with this law firm and would not recommend them. In my opinion, their billing practices were excessive, unreasonable, and very difficult to challenge. I received charges that I believe were completely disproportionate to the work performed, including what appeared to me to be thousands of dollars connected to responding to a single email. After the representation ended, I continued to receive additional charges, interest, and demands that I strongly dispute. I repeatedly felt like the billing became the main issue, rather than the legal matter I originally hired them for. As a client, I expected clear communication, proportional billing, and a reasonable explanation of charges. That was not my experience. I also feel very strongly that the work product and attention to detail of these attorneys was mediocre at best, and at times downright pathetic. To be clear, I dispute the amounts they claim are owed, and I believe their invoices include charges that are unreasonable and excessive. Anyone considering hiring this firm should carefully review the fee agreement, require detailed billing, monitor every invoice closely, and think carefully before giving a large retainer. This review reflects my personal experience and opinion as a former client”
