“Dismissive, Disorganized, and Contradictory — Cannot Recommend I had a telephone consultation with Ms. Wong and the experience was deeply disappointing. The call felt rushed, disorganized, and lacked any clear direction. We came prepared with serious questions and were looking for senior attorney-level guidance. Instead, our concerns were either answered vaguely or not addressed at all. What stood out most was a glaring contradiction. Ms. Wong referred to our questions as "stupid" — yet in the same conversation said those very questions would require significant legal research costing at least $5,000. If the questions were truly stupid, why would they require that level of work? That inconsistency alone raised serious concerns about the professionalism of the consultation. When we pointed out that the session was not being handled professionally, rather than course-correcting, her response was simply — "Okay, you know what, I will refund your $400." We were not looking for free work. We came prepared, paid for professional guidance, and deserved to be treated with respect. We left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and without the answers we came for. I would not recommend Ms. Wong for anyone seeking serious legal guidance.”
