“I im in need off a real state attorney the previous owner that is selling me the property is refusing to give me pay off I know that I im already over paying I live in San Antonio my property is in socorro tx I spoke with Salluom about my case on the phone he sounded confused he said we should send a demand letter to this man I asked to go ahead and send it for me he never did I asked him how much would it be to represent me in my case he gave me a coute I told him I was ready.But ass soon as I asked for him to email me the contract for he's representation he completely ignored me im guessing he did not know that I have experience with attorneys and he was trying to just take my money and do nothing with the case with out a representation contract I would not be able to prove to the the state bar association that I hired him i can tell by the way he spoke to me that he thought I did not know the law and was trying to take my money and completely ignore me after.He was very ficle it sounded like a scam be aware off this tipe off attorneys and always sing a representation contract before giving money to any attorney”
