“Worst experience I've ever had. I was told my case would take a maximum of six months, but it's been almost a year and nothing has been resolved. I am always the one having to follow up. I call and rarely get a callback. I send texts and often receive no response. The only time I seem to get attention is when I leave a negative review—then they suddenly call, apologize, and ask me to remove it. They advertise themselves as fast and reliable, but that has not been my experience at all. Since opening this case, I've been involved in two other accidents, and both of those claims have already been resolved while this one is still dragging on. The lack of communication, follow-through, and transparency has been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.”
