“I have had a very different experience with Woods Lonergan PLLC. Lots of billings over 2 ½ years with very little to show. Oral arguments which were entirely botched, even arguing the other parties’ case (which was ultimately decided in their favor). Salient information was dismissed, opportunities for more billings pursued and nothing was ever their fault. And finally, when being dismissed from the case, Woods Lonergan PLLC is now attempting to extort me for my own work product and has made statements to the other parties in the case which are defamatory in spite of Jim Woods’ assurances of a smooth transition and that their replacement “will have no material adverse effect on your interests.” I said many times during the last 2 ½ years that it feels like Jim Woods is being paid by the other parties to have my slam-dunk cases fail. I believe that even more today.”
