“I highly recommend Steven Fox. It's been 9.5 yrs since my last OVI, this was my 3rd OVI offense. “"Regardless of any deal we made with the prosecutor, the judge is going to do his own thing, and we're just going to let him do his thing because we don't want to ruffle any feathers" The judge then either proceeded to punish me for dropped charges, or he issued a "blanket judgment" and sentenced me to 6 months suspended jail time and 1 year probation for physical control... Either way it was a violation of my due process and when I mentioned this to Mr.Fox I was told "just keep the terms of probation and you don't have to worry about the jail time.
