“The staff over the phone was Friendly. Though I never spoke to an attorney yet was asked for all of the info needed to review my mom’s case which I provided. I was denied help for a very a solid case. Maybe it was too small of a case and refused to discuss why they wouldn’t take my case. I was referred to the Chicago bar association and Il department of heath so I assume there is a case because they did refer me else where , and it’s just too small for them. Very Disappointing. Especially when asked to take pictures of my mother bed sores as it was emotionally difficult for me but they insisted they needed them. They seem very automated and not very personable.”
