“If you have serious injury like I do and there is no cure because a dentist failed to diagnose a lesion I. Your jaw , do not use this law firm to defend you. I sat in court and faced the judge that was disrespectful to me and my legal counsel played with his ink pad and ignored the horrible excuse for a defense lawyer saying I have no injury. My face is numb on the left side ad unless the food is liquid or pureed I starve because a spoon can cause my jaw to be on fire. I weigh 98 pounds. This is thanks to Drs Green and Trietel and more Adding October 1 2013; never An unexpected diagnosis destroyed the quality of my life forever. Two dental providers Dr Joel Green and Kenneth Treitel failed to diagnose a huge lesion in my jaw from 2092-2004-2007 2011 until October 1 2013 when another provider diagnosed it saying call an oral surgeon right now while you are here this is serious. I did and the surgeon did tests X-rays and a biopsy which is painful and scheduled the surgery for Oct 30 the earliest date he could get but told me only soft or pureed foods. He also said you might and I do have nerve damage and a partially numb jaw and more. Ten years ago I had the surgery and both dentists called to check on me and they sent their X-rays proving I’m telling the truth. I waited almost a year before filing a suit against them not realizing that this would hamper my life even more. Mandell Law firm I engaged and I provided the head of the firm with a huge binder which contained the phone records for the calls made by the dental providers and the staff plus all the X-rays and medical information of those involved. Stephanie Buger is the defense council told by an oral surgeon to settle since the X-rays would prove in court they failed to diagnose but she said I’ll figure it out. For ten and a half years my jaw has deteriorated and I can no longer eat solid foods just liquids and pureed. Berger created a laundry list of drs demanding medical records from numerous providers most I never heard of plus I was dropped by all of them when Berger kept resending them again. Plus I was not aware that she has my limited power of attorney and the forms had initials that were not mine and directions written which were not supposed to be added. Twelve years and I only eat pureed or liquids and have been put on an opioid for chronic pain on both sides of my jaw because it is now. The medical records from all dental providers document what I’m saying and Berger made a deal which forced me to sign against my better judgment an affidavit stating the names of the dental providers and claiming she would not ask for any but dental a lie. The final decision to drop the case came in court when I met the judge and her who was disrespectful and would not allow me to speak while Berger wanted more signatures and told him I had no real injuries. My lawyer said nothing to defend me and told me to sign them again even though she was only missing a few and demanded I go for more tests.. Never I truly hope all of them find out just what I didn’t tell you on purpose means first hand.”
