“Susan was supposed to be representing me in my custody and child support cases. In my very first hearing, we never made it into the court room because my Ex and her lawyer were able to trick Mrs Murray with heavily edited video of an incident, orchestrated by my ex. Because of this video, Susan capitulated to every single demand made by my ex's attorney. Later, we find from an attorney that actually knows law, that the video was in violation of PA State Wiretap laws and was totally inadmissible. Didn't matter. It already did its work; instead of 50/50, I have my daughter 1 night a week and every other weekend. This perfectly aligns with my ex's useless work schedule and social life. My ex also only reports half of her income which has me paying so much child support that I can't pay my mortgage. Susan never really seemed to care about that part and keeps sending me bills for her services that quite literally destroyed everything for me. UPDATE: It wasn't just that I couldn't afford the family counseling that was ORDERED in the capitulation, it was counseling that NO ONE OFFERED. It was counselling that was IMPOSSIBLE TO COMPLETE. There is no resource for finding the counselling. This made the temporary order FINAL. UPDATE: It doesn't matter if the video was admitted or not. The inadmissible evidence tricked the attorney into capitulating to the terms laid out by my ex's attorney. Mission accomplished. My case trashed. My fatherhood trashed. My life trashed. Legal Malpractice.”
