I called 11/3/2025, the receptionist (male) took my info down and said someone would call me to do a consult. I called back on 11/7/2025 to see what the expectation/turn around time was to receive a callback. The receptionist (female) apologized and expressed the attorneys usually call back quickly but she’s not aware of anyone’s schedule. It is now 11/10/2025 and I have not heard from anyone. I just tried to call again but now it’s going straight to voicemail each time.”
