“On January 19, 2025 Marlon told me that I should be getting follow back to go over my case. After that nothing at all. I contacted Attorney Cynthia Pietrucha on May 1, 2025 after being told she could help with a wrongful termination case. Neither she nor her assistant responded to multiple follow-ups. Even in the beginning she told me to email HR which I did she told me I was wrongful terminated and after all that nothing at all from Marlon or Cynthia. Disappointing because if you told me that I didn’t have case at all why would you tell me to email the HR saying you are working with me to help me out. Embarrassing. Go somewhere else if you want someone to fight for your case and not leave you hanging, when you have been wrongful terminated.”
