โI cannot say enough great things about Rachel Sedita and her entire team at Diggs & Sadler. After going through three different consultations with other firms, I knew immediately that working with Rachel was the right decision. From the very beginning, she stood out, not just for her knowledge, but for her honesty and confidence in my case. As a father seeking to modify my custody order and become the custodial parent, I was honestly discouraged and unsure if the system would be on my side. However, Rachel took the time to understand my situation and reassured me that, based on my circumstances, I had a strong case. That confidence gave me hope when I needed it most. This process has been a long year filled with countless hours of hard work, patience, and persistence. Throughout it all, Rachel, along with Jordan Firebaugh, Paige Houston-Hencken, and paralegal Irene Mays, provided unwavering support. Their guidance was invaluable, and their patience never went unnoticed, especially when I had what probably felt like endless questions. Every concern was handled with professionalism, respect, and genuine care. I am incredibly grateful to the entire team for their dedication and commitment to my case. If you are looking for a law firm that truly listens, fights for you, and treats your case with the importance it deserves, I highly recommend Rachel Sedita and her team.โ
โDo not hire them. I hired them for my divorce, they botched all the paperwork and over charged me. I had to hire another lawyer who was shocked by their invoices. She had to redo all their paperwork from scratch. They didn't even have a signature from my husband for his child support agreement. They might know something but it's not divorce proceedings.โ
โThis has to be one of the worst firms ever when it comes to communication and working towards resolution. They donโt return opposing legals phone calls, they donโt have any respect for other peopleโs time or money. They have dragged out something that could have taken a week and turned it into months. Everything with them is an uphill battle. Highly recommend finding a different firm that wonโt milk you dry financially to get the same job done.โ
โDiggs and Sadler were excellent to work with, and Stephanie Dromgoole and Gwen Drenker supported me at every step. They provided clear guidance, explained my options when I considered changes, and helped steer the process to a quick and successful resolution. While I hope I never need their services again, I would confidently recommend them to anyone who does.โ
