They require information upfront and if you don't want to share the information they say the lawyers can't talk to you but you have not retained any services or moved forward so doesn't feel safe to provide specific details regarding names and specifics about the situation. I would recommend other places without lengthy process and more clear idea on the protection of personal information.”
